One year ago, the conversation around AI was dominated by hype about AI solving all our issues, but also uncertainty regarding whether we would be able to implement anything of real value. The air was filled with big promises without clear, concrete steps showing how to get there.
With the intention to bring clarity by focusing on the impact, we started Brillian with a simple question: How can we help organizations truly succeed in this new age of AI?
From day one, our mission has been clear: to combine strategic thinking with technical execution. To understand both the business and the technology. To help companies not just talk about AI, but apply it — integrating it into products, processes, and services that create tangible outcomes.
Brillian was born to help forward-thinking companies lead their industry by understanding AI and turn it into real value.
A playbook based on outcomes
Fast forward twelve months: We have grown from a small founding team to a growing team of ambitious, curious, and relentlessly practical professionals. We have strived to play by what we believe is the best playbook, built on trust, transparency and focus on outcomes.
As a result, we’ve partnered with companies globally, with most of our clients in Europe, particularly in the Nordics, but also in the US. From early-stage startups wanting to prototype their idea to global enterprises generating tens of billions in revenue – we’ve helped industry leaders push boundaries, and guided others taking their very first steps with AI.
We’ve built long-term partnerships that span the full AI lifecycle: from strategy and vision to delivery and measurable value. During our first year of operations, Brillian was selected as one of the certified AI 1000 trainers for the AI 1000 program, and we have truly enjoyed guiding companies through this first step in their AI journey. Further down that road, we have ran tailored Brillian Ignite and Discover programs for companies seeking to clarify their AI vision, figure out the best AI use cases and prioritize them into a roadmap – while also helping our clients to build AI transformation that is human by nature. We’ve built pilots and implemented AI into the products and services of AI frontrunners. We’ve developed manufacturing-focused offering together with our partner SIEMENS to drive industrial AI adoption in Finland and the Baltics.
Looking ahead: the real transformation
In one year, a lot has happened for Brillian, but also around us. Despite the fast pace the changes seem to take, the real transformation is still ahead. We’re starting to see AI move beyond experimentation and into real use. The excitement is still there, but now it’s being met with more experience, perspective, and a growing understanding of both the possibilities and the limits of the technology.
