At Brillian, that’s where our work often begins. We help companies figure out what’s actually worth building with AI, why it matters, and how to make it real in practice.

We’re continuously looking to meet GenAI Engineers who want to get hands-on with tricky business problems and build solutions that bring real value (not just shiny PoCs). We don’t always have a matching project starting immediately, but when the fit is right, we’ll stay in close contact and move quickly when something clicks!

What our projects typically look like

You’ll work on greenfield AI projects, designing and building solutions that create real business impact. A lot of our work is GenAI and LLM-heavy right now, but we also love it when someone brings strong ML thinking to the table to help build scalable, production-ready systems.

Depending on the client and the stage, you might be:

• Building production-ready LLM applications (copilots, internal agents, smart interfaces)
• Designing RAG setups and connecting them to real business data
• Integrating AI capabilities into existing systems with secure, scalable middleware
• Automating workflows across different business domains
• Training and facilitating AI workshops for clients and internal teams — helping stakeholders understand GenAI possibilities, shape use cases, and align on practical ways of working
• Setting up practical MLOps: deployment, monitoring, iteration, reliability
• Fine-tuning or adapting models while keeping privacy, security, and compliance in check
• Working closely with stakeholders: sometimes technical deep dives, sometimes translating the “why” into something the business actually gets.

 

What we value (and what usually works well here)

You don’t need to be a 100% checklist match. We’re more interested in how you think and how you build. A few things we tend to value most:

• Strong engineering instincts. You care about quality, maintainability, and security (not just demos that look good in a slide deck).
• Hands-on delivery. You’ve built AI systems that run in production, and you understand the trade-offs it takes to keep them reliable.
• Pragmatism. You can separate “cool” from “useful” and keep focus on business impact.
• Curiosity + learning mode. GenAI moves fast, and you’re comfortable staying sharp without chasing every hype cycle.
• Collaboration. You work smoothly with both technical and non-technical people, without needing everything spoon-fed.
• Ownership. You enjoy shaping the solution, not just implementing someone else’s spec.

 

And yes, practically speaking, experience in these areas helps a lot:

• Python (our main language for AI work)
• LLM / GenAI application development and deployment
• RAG patterns + vector databases
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Containers + backend integration
• Big plus: you can train and facilitate AI workshops for stakeholders and teams
• Bonus: traditional ML experience, especially when it strengthens end-to-end AI systems
• Bonus: production-grade multi-agent workflows.

What we offer

Cool AI projects don’t pay the bills by themselves, so here’s the practical part:

• Salary typically AI Engineer €5,000–7,000 per month for seniors (based on your experience and impact)
