Senior AI Engineer, GenAI

Location: Helsinki or Tampere preferred (hybrid, Finland only)

We’re now looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work on greenfield generative AI projects, designing and building solutions that create real business impact. Your focus can be on LLM and GenAI application development, with the option to bring in your ML expertise to help us build scalable and production-ready AI systems. 

 

What you'll do 

  • Build production-ready LLM applications such as copilots, internal agents, and smart interfaces 
  • Design RAG systems and connect them to real business data 
  • Integrate LLMs into legacy systems using secure and scalable middleware 
  • Automate workflows across different business domains  
  • Set up MLOps pipelines for scalable, monitored deployment 
  • Fine-tune models on customer data while maintaining privacy and compliance 
  • Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to bring AI solutions to life. 

 

What we hope you bring 

You don’t need to check every box, but this kind of experience will help in the role: 

  • You’re comfortable working in Python, our primary language for GenAI work 
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based or GenAI applications 
  • Understanding of RAG architecture and vector database usage 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure 
  • Experience with containerization and backend integration 
  • Ability to design secure, scalable solutions 
  • Experience with traditional machine learning is a strong plus, especially when it supports building more robust GenAI pipelines or integrating predictive models with LLM-based workflows 
  • You’ve worked on AI systems that run in production and understand what it takes to keep them reliable, secure, and maintainable.
