We’re excited to share that Eeva Kiiskinen is joining Brillian as our first-ever AI Transformation Lead. Her primary focus will be to make Brillian the best partner for organizations navigating AI-driven change.
This is a new role for Brillian, and an important one. With Eeva taking the lead on our AI transition and change management offering, we are doubling down on our belief that true transformation happens when technology, people, and culture align. Organizations face challenges in implementing AI initiatives, and many of them are related to people and processes.
Our ambition with this strategic approach is high: we want to help companies not only adopt AI but fundamentally rethink how they create value. That means supporting leaders and teams through big transitions, often in complex, global contexts.

Eeva is the perfect fit for this mission. In her doctoral research, she studied how industrial firms move from manufacturing to service production, analyzing both the change itself and the ways organizations talk about it. With deep insight into industrial automation, global operations, and organizational change, she brings both academic rigor and real-world experience.
