AI Engineer (ML Engineering or LLM/RAG Focus) 

Location: Finland in Helsinki or Tampere

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team. You can specialize in traditional ML engineering or LLM and RAG solutions—or work across both domains, depending on your strengths and interests. 

Your role  

You’ll play a key role in customer projects, developing real-world AI solutions. Depending on your focus, you will work on: 

ML Engineering focus

• Building and maintaining AI pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
• Deploying ML models using MLOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Optimizing model inference, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and automation.
• Integrating AI models into production systems with cloud-based infrastructure.

LLM & RAG focus

• Developing applications with open-source LLMs and APIs like OpenAI.
• Implementing RAG pipelines with vector databases and AI search engines.
• Optimizing inference and retrieval performance for real-time AI applications.
• Ensuring security and compliance in AI data pipelines.

 

What we expect 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience in either ML model deployment (MLOps) or LLM-based AI applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and deliver business impact.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
